Runner – Vehicle can move under its own power
Non-Runner – Vehicle requires equipment to be moved. Eg: Winch, Forklift
Any items left in the vehicle are done so at the owner’s own risk and Motorvia does not take responsibility for any loss incurred. We, therefore, encourage all clients to remove all personal and other belongings before handing the vehicle over to Motorvia.
Yes – Goods-In-Transit insurance is supplied for our vehicles. However, this does not apply to classic cars and super/sport cars.
Unfortunately, we do not collect or deliver to private addresses. We only offer the following:
Depot to Depot
Depot to Dealer
Dealer to Depot
Dealer to Dealer
If you are dropping at our Johannesburg depot or Cape Town Depot you are able to drop/collect over the weekend. However this needs to be arranged in advance to ensure there is someone there to take collection or handover the vehicle to the customer.
All other depots require drop/collection during working hours Monday to Friday.

A Motorvia representative will notify you once the vehicle has arrived and been inspected for you to collect.
