Our facilities have 24 hour protection, 7 days a week. Electric fences surround the perimeter of our facilities; and all our facilities are well-lit with security floodlights. We also make use of booms at the entrances and exits for access control.
Vehicles entering and exiting our depots are thoroughly checked for any damages and all findings are recorded on our system.

Anti-Hijacking Reaction Service
Hijacking of vehicles is SA are unfortunately a reality that we need to deal with. This is why Motorvia has employed the services of reaction units that accompany deliveries in identified hot spot areas.
The officers that we have employed are highly skilled security specialists who are linked to the Motorvia track and trace network – allowing them to receive up-to-date notifications on their mobile phones of deliveries to the identified hot spot dealerships. These officers are in constant contact with the South African Police Service and also advise border posts of the details of any hijacked vehicle.
